818 Toronto Falcon Squadron will be hosting a Developmental Training Weekend for Sgts/Gold Stars and above. The focus will be on Leadership, Command Presence, Lesson Planning, Instructional Techniques and Time Management.

About the event

The focus for the weekend will include topics such as Leadership, Command Presence, Planning Lessons, Instructional Techniques and Time Management. It is mandatory that all senior cadets attend unless you have spoken to 2Lt Ormsby to be excused. This is a great learning opportunity for you to grow into the kind of leader and senior nco you want to be!

Timings: 9:00am-4:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Cadets are to arrive at 8:45am

Dress (Saturday): PT Gear and Boots

T-Shirt; Shorts; Grey Socks; Parade Boots; Hair in a braid or bun (female)

Bring your polishing kit, water bottle, notebook, and a pen/pencil (no cellphones, laptops etc. for note taking)

Dress (Sunday): Business Casual

Collared shirt or blouse; Dress pants, khakis or long skirt; Dress shoes or flats

Bring a water bottle, notebook, and a pen/pencil (no cellphones, laptops etc. for note taking)

Lunch: Lunch will NOT be provided. Cadets are to bring a lunch with them or money to purchase a lunch.
